Most of us say a coffee will always be a coffee whether it is an instant coffee or brewed coffee they are all both the same. But if you are a coffee lover and not just a coffee drinker, I am sure you will say a hundred differences between the two.

Instant coffee packets and brewed coffee are not the same because most of the time instant coffee is a 3 in 1 coffee mixture in packets, mixing all sugar, creamer and the coffee grounds in one. Brewed coffee is done manually, where you need to buy your whole bean coffee to your local coffee shop or supermarket, grind it and brew it at your home to enjoy the richness of the coffee taste.

Coffee Texture

There is a big difference when it comes to the taste and texture of this coffee whether they are both roasted coffee beans in a jar or coffee packets and a whole bean coffee that you buy in the supermarket. Whole bean coffee is raw materials while instant coffee is a ready made coffee made from a freeze dried base. That is why it is called instant coffee because it can easily be made quickly while retaining its coffee bean flavor.

So, which is richer in taste? To answer that, you will be the judge of who’s the winner. That is why you need to read till the end of this blog. 🙂

Coffee Taste

When it comes to taste I cannot say which one is the better, because when it comes to our taste buds we have our own preferences. But I will share you my thoughts about this two coffee, especially the taste. One of the most obvious differences for this two coffee is their taste, even though they have the same coffee bean flavor. Brewed coffee has deeper, richer, and stronger in taste. Coffee lovers prefer brewed coffee because it has a fresher taste than instant coffee.

You can still taste the coffee bean flavor in an instant coffee but it has a muted taste or milder flavor. Some coffee drinkers prefer this type of coffee because it has a lighter taste of coffee rather than the brewed one. So, taste really differs according to our taste buds.

Convenience

Of course, you cannot beat instant coffee for this round, because nowadays instant coffee can be found in any supermarket and convenient stores and they have lots of different flavors to choose from. Plus the instant coffee is a perfect on the go coffee especially when you are on the rush. Instant coffee is quick and easy to do, all you need is a coffee mug and boiling water stir and it’s ready in just a second.

If you can make your instant coffee in 3 minutes then for brewed coffee you need extra 5 minutes to prepare everything. Plus you need a coffee maker to do a superb cup of coffee.

Cost

Many say that you can save more in brewed coffee because you can buy a bag full of whole bean coffee that can last you for a month or more. All you need is a good storage, preferably an airtight container to preserve the freshness of the coffee beans. Instant coffee is less manageable, and they can go further than brewed coffee, you can store them in their jars, packets or even refrigerate them of desire.

So, what do you think is the best coffee? If you can still not decide why not try them both and see which one taste best and fits your style.
