Potassium is also present in coffee that serves as an electrolyte, and this is the third most adequate nutrient inside the human body that regulates muscle contraction. That is why when working out it is recommended by some gym professionals to drink coffee before hitting the gym because coffee serves as an electrolyte to the body that recharges the muscles and boosts the body strength during strenuous activity. And because of the Manganese content coffee also helps in preventing muscle inflammation during an exhausting workout.

Vitamin B3 known as the Magnesium and Niacin, this nutrients support in lowering the cholesterol level, ease arthritis and boost brain function. Niacin is also good for the skin that helps in preventing acne breakout and heals damage skin cells. Magnesium is a mineral that is good for the body when taken in a proper dosage. Magnesium supports stronger bones and prevents hearts disease.

Vitamin B3 is 2% of the daily recommended dietary allowance.

All these nutrients are present in coffee so if you drink more than two cups of coffee per day the amounts will add up, but of course, it is better to keep the rule of the thumb to drink your coffee in moderation because too much of these nutrients can also cause havoc to health.
