    Super bowl dessert

This is by far the easiest recipe with fewer ingredients than cookies. You do not even have to roll the dough into balls to make the cookies. Let us plunge into chocolaty heaven!

Put melted butter in a large and deep bowl along with brown sugar and some granulated sugar. Combine them and beat until they fuse (up to 2 minutes). Add an egg and a bit of vanilla essence into the mixture and beat a little more. Now add flour and salt and keep mixing at a low speed. Throw in some chocolate chips and nuts of your choice and fold them into the mixture with a spatula.

Prepare a baking pan and line it with a baking sheet. Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake for half an hour. After letting it cool on the rack for a while, cut into 16 squares and store in a container at room temperature.

    2. Vanilla Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Combine all the dry ingredients, such as salt, flour, and baking soda, in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl, mix butter and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add vanilla and eggs (one by one) to the mixture and keep beating. Add three fourth of the flour mixture gradually and half of the buttermilk. Keep repeating the process until everything is mixed well.

Line the muffin tray with liners and fill it up with the batter. Bake for about 25 minutes. For the frosting, combine cream cheese with butter, vanilla, salt, and confectioner’s sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Spread on the prepared cupcakes, and voila!

    3. Margarita Truffles

Heat heavy cream in a saucepan on low heat until you see bubbles around the edges. Add white chocolate after removing it from the heat and mix it in the cream. Add lime zest and margarita to the mixture until it is smooth. With the help of a spatula, fold crushed graham crackers in the cream cheese. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes and then roll out in small balls. Freeze the balls in a lined baking sheet until firm (40 minutes).

Once firm, dip the balls in the melted chocolate while tapping off the extra. Sprinkle flaked salt and store in a refrigerator until ready to serve!
