1. Return Window
- Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests after 7 days may not be accepted.

- Package is broken or damaged at delivery
- Seal is damaged due to shipping
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Taste preference or personal dislike
- Opened product without delivery damage
- Claims without valid physical damage
Resolution
- Damaged consumables are considered unsafe
- Free replacement will be provided
- No return shipment required
3. Expired Product Policy
- Receiving an expired product is considered vendor fault
- Customer is eligible for:
- Free replacement, or
- Refund (subject to platform deductions)
4. Non-Consumable Products ($50–$90)
(Cups, Shirts, Small Machines)

- Physical damage
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item delivered
Process
- Customer must provide images or videos as proof
- Vendor may request item return
- Replacement issued after verification
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not 100% guaranteed
- A 20% platform fee may be deducted
- Remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method
6. Order Cancellation Policy

- Order can be canceled
- 15% deduction applies
After Shipping
- Treated as a return request

- Handled with special care and insurance

- Admin monitors conversations
- Final decision rests with marketplace admin
