- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Unsalted butter
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- Pinch Salt
- ⅓ cup Cocoa powder
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tray with 12 cupcake liners
Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to combine well.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Start and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Spoon the batter evenly into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. This should make around 12 cupcakes.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely in the tray before transferring them to a wire rack.
Decorate with your favorite Halloween-themed frosting and decorations once the cupcakes are completely cool.
