- 2 tablespoons Ground Coffee Dark roast recommended
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 4 pieces Chicken
In a small bowl, mix together the ground coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper
